This study aims to determine the effect of alternative nostril breathing exercises on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients Telaga Dewa Health Center work area, Bengkulu City. research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The results univariate analysis obtained that respondent's age was 64 years, all genders respondents were found, and most them had family history. bivariate showed p-value <0.05.
